Dr. Singh is a great doctor. I've been going to him for a very long time. He understands my health my concern and I will recommend my family member which my family member to come to Dr. Singh.
You long in the waiting g room, almost 2 hours. I made an early appt to avid a long wait but... Every time I go it's a l o n g wait. They shouldn't over schedule
He was very nice and courteous due to the fact, he is not my regular doctor. I was grateful for his knowledge and his medication that he prescribed.
The facility was clean. All the other staff was courteous and professional although the doctor was an hour late seeing me, and was not very concerned with my needs.

He is a great provider. It appears that he is slow completing his appointments because his patients have problems that take longer than the 15 minutes that he provided to treat them. He is very thorough in assessing my concerbs. He is very approachable. His staff appears to be efficient and supportive to patients. The Doctor just needs 20 minutes per patient instead of 15 minutes per patient .
Most of the time can't understand what the Dr is saying. He's wearing 2 masks and he talks very low. Have to keep asking him to repeat what he's saying.

I had an 1215 appointment. I got there at 1145am. I wasnt called back until 145pm. I wasn't seen by the doctor until 225pm. No one would explain to me why it took so long for me to been seen. I asked one staff member can she check the status for me to be seen by a doctor and she did not come back.
