The only reason I'm with AMG is because I followed Dr N Singh here. My apt 12:45 was late over 1.15 & after waiting for 45 min I went to the front desk to ask why & was told he was running over 1 hr late. Why was I not told this when I checked in? If Dr Singh leaves I'm gone. You don't respect our time ,& my time is as valuable as your time is.
Everything is fine, but I would like someone to translate the Spanish language when you are with the doctor so that we could learn more about our health.
The doctor seemed to be in a rush to move on from the video consultation and seemed to be annoyed that the appointment was via zoom and not in person. He constantly talked over me and did not address my concerns, ask or answer any questions regarding the new medication. When I see the doctor, at the very least he should actually treat the appointment like a medication consultation and ask how the patient is responding to the medication. His main priority seemed to be making me understand that the next medication consolation appointment needed to be in person. I felt disregarded and left with the same if not more questions and concerns. Overall the appointment lasted less than 5 minutes!! This was a complete waist of time and money!!!
My visit went great, but overall throughout the morning there was a lady who was real mean towards me and she had an attitude, don't know why, mainly because I was doing something wrong, OK, whatever, I mean she showed unprofessional work among dealing with me, but never again will I go to her, ever. Otherwise I'll be back .
A responsible and dedicated primary Doctor
My provider did an excellent job explaining and making me feel not only as a patient he showed that he cared and I really enjoy every visit
The wait time is terrible, my appointment was at 11:15 I didn't ? him until all most 2:pm that afternoon. And than I only seen for 15 or 20 minutes after waiting all that time. You probably need more doctor's or lest people.
It was a pleasure appointment.
Dr. Singh was so kind and down to earth. I felt very comfortable with him being my Primary Care Physician after meeting with him, for the first time. There was no judgment or condescension when, I asked him many questions pertaining to my health and well- being. He was prepared and answered many of my question, and really listened to me about lab works, I needed and a Chest X-Ray to determine, why. I was experiencing, Expiratory Wheezing. When my doctor's visit had ended, I I asked if he could be my PCP, and he replied, yes. I feel so much better and more at ease about my decision.
