Again wait time was too long. I had 5:30 appt. I arrived 15 minutes early and was not seen almost 8:00. I never waited this ling. I went to the washroom and I asked woman sitting in waiting room if they call my name could she please tell them I was in washroom. When I came out an older woman working front desk asked me what my name was. She called in back let them know I was out the washroom. She looked up and the nurse was standing there talking the whole time. She went in back and I still have wait about 15 minute. This was not my regular doctor and if she's not available I will just have to wait or go someplace else.

The wait to see the dr was over 1.5 hrs, with no explanation or apology.

te waiting period to be seen by a provider was extremely too long. Waiting over and hour only to be out in room where I have to wait more an additional 15 minutes for the provider to come into the room. The nurse before the provider came in was rushing as if there was some place else she needs to be. No talking besides asking if the visit can be recorded. No explanation on what she doing She didnt ask if i needed anything or if I had questions or issues that needed to be addressed.
