I had to wait weeks to see the doctor to just get referrals. I waited over 2 hours to see the doctor at my visit. I received 2 referrals only to go home and call the referral offices and find neither accept my insurance. I called the doctor's office back and it's been over 24 hours and have not heard from anyone at the office. I now need 2 more referrals. Why can't this be checked before I leave that the referral offices will accept my insurance. Te3rrible service!

I had a 4 o'clock appointment. And I was not seen by the doctor Until 5:57, he told me that he had an emergency person with chest pains. And if that is like the hospital, I was trying to go to a clinic, not the hospital. Because I had chest pains to and I took off Work for a doctor's appointment. That I had to wait 2 hours to be seen, when I could have stayed at work the whole day,, I feel like if you're going to run a hospital part-time. You should have certain doctors set aside for the hospital. Not the doctors who have appointments. That is just not right to people who set aside their day for this appointment and then have to wait a extra 2 hours.!!!!!
