Long wait again, almost 2 hours. I made this appointment 2 weeks ago.

Good Dr's are worth waiting for. It's not a convenience store and I definitely understand that.
Very, very long wait
I went in to get my A1C checked. My provider told me my number but it doesn't show in the Live Well App.
My doctor really understands my health problems and I really like that he care
Though Dr. Singh has always been very helpful in solving my medical issues, the experience at the Olympia Fields office was just terrible. It was two hours after our appointment time before we got into the examination room. Then we waited in the examination room for about another half hour. No apologies for any of the delays at all. The nurses acted like we were inconveniencing them to take my blood pressure, weight, etc. The long wait times and nurses attitude wasn't just yesterday , it's been every time I have an appointment there. Though I value and appreciate Dr. Singh's medical expertise, the experience with the Olympia Fields office is seriously making me consider switching doctors. I cannot afford to spend over three hours in a doctors office.

I had to wait an hour and a half before I saw my doctor. That's a waste of my time. Otherwise I'm pleased with the care. Also I would like my evaluation of labs face to face in addition to a letter received after labs were completed.
