It was a good visit
The X-rays were done prior to seeing the doctor. Made the visit timely and I had time to listen and ask questions.
Everyone in Dr. Wichman's office is extremely kind , helpful and very friendly .. from the front desk staff right up to the doctor . I always feel like I've been listened to and taken care of. Very professional , yet sincere .
I had questions before I left and what to do if I should have a flare up. And everything was answered for me. So I feel very secure in the fact that I can call this office if I need a visit.

Dr Wichman and is staff is a 10+ Professional and personable The best !!!! However in calling your scheduling dept for an ultra sound the gal talked very fast and impersonal . I had to ask her to repeat a few things as wasn't understanding . Was somewhat rude

Dr Mark has always been very concerned about our health when it comes to our knee and hip problems. We would recommend him to anybody looking for a good orthopedic doctor.
I'm impressed with everyone's competence. Also their cordial demeanor. A little conversation during the whole experience goes a long way to helping the patient relax. Thank you all for helping me get through this shoulder replacement. I appreciate you.
