Seems in a rush and no time to listen to the patient. I was scheduled for 20 mins and lucky if I got 10 mins. Take the time with the patient please
I was treated with respect and caring and my questions were answered. I was given the information and explanation I needed from Dr. Wichman and his staff. That was important to me.
He assigned his physician assistant to give me my Cortizone shots, and I explained to the nurse that I really wasn't comfortable with that. I had a bad incident with shots in my knees at rejuvenex by a lady who lacked experience. But even though my appointment was with the physician assistant, the doctor came in and did my shots. And I was so grateful for that.
From my past history, Dr Wichman gave me the treatment that I expected.
The facility is busy and I had a longish wait, as there was not a rooms available. However, the staff were all very efficient and pleasant and the doctor spent time to discuss my options and answer my question. Now I have a plan to move forward.

The X-rays were done prior to seeing the doctor. Made the visit timely and I had time to listen and ask questions.
Everyone in Dr. Wichman's office is extremely kind , helpful and very friendly .. from the front desk staff right up to the doctor . I always feel like I've been listened to and taken care of. Very professional , yet sincere .
I had questions before I left and what to do if I should have a flare up. And everything was answered for me. So I feel very secure in the fact that I can call this office if I need a visit.
