Great experience

I highly recommend Dr. Mark Wichman and his staff. They are extremely knowledgeable, clearly explain options, good listeners, very pleasant, and respectful.

Very good physician, but was running very late yesterday morning.

My appt was @ 10:50am. I didn't get in to see the docs assistants till 11:26am, then another 10- minutes to see doc. Not one of the 4-clerical agents ever said the Dr was behind in appts. I was going to say something, but I wanted to see how long it would take to notify patients that sit there waiting. They didn't. Good thing my Dr is a great orthopedic.

I was a new patient and delighted with the service. The receptionist were happy and welcoming and the medical team were very professional, happy and helpful. Dr. Wichman discussed my problem and gave me a plan to move forward. My thanks to all.

Dr. Wichman knows I have concerns about my knees and scheduled physical therapy.
