Really trust the Doctor.

He did not talk about health goals because it was my first visit with him

Efficient. They should introduce the scribe by name and instead of this is my scribe. Makes her sub human. Having someone else take my history and someone else do the documentation is efficient and gets everything recorded for Joint commission and billing but it reduces conversion with the physician that might have had great value. But thanks to the electronic record the personal interaction is deminnished. Dr. Mark very personable and makes up for that a lot.

Dr Mark Wichman shows empathy in special concerns I have about my personal recovery plan and takes steps to make this process easier for me, like providing home PT and good instructions.

It's usually a wait to see Dr Wichman but he is well worth the wait. He takes his time discussing the pain be experienced and explains treatment. This is the second time seeing Dr Wichman and I once again trust his diagnosis and treatment and any further follow up.

Doctor was very personable.
