I have been a patient for many years. There was no communication from the organization that ownership changed 3-4 years ago and that the doctors structure changed or that there are new locations that can I can utilize that are closer to home. I found out that the main owner sold it years ago on this visit and i should've been communicated that when the transaction happened especially because there are new policies.

I'd like to correct the question about Dr. Grossman knowing my medical history: Yes, definitely. She put an order in with imaging to follow up on results from my most recent mammogram! Thank you!

I like this office overall but when I got my reminder phone call two days before the lady that called said there was only a 5 minute grace period for being late. This I absolutely ridiculous when sometimes you literally wait 45 minutes to see a doctor and there's nothing you can do about it. I think 10 minutes is more reasonable especially with the parking situation at this hospital, it's always had to find parking . I'm 99% on time for appointments but a 10 minute leeway would better for those who a a little late.
