Lisa is fantastic. She made sure I could get everything taken care of in one visit and made sure I was making the right choice for me. All throughout my pregnancy and now postpartum, Lisa and the other midwives here have been supportive and ensured I was taken care of. I would recommend this group to anyone!
Lisa is wonderful! She goes above and beyond! She always listens and is very efficient, but I never feel rushed. Thank you for taking such great care of me always!
My provider confused me with another patient and mixed up our medical history, affecting how she gave me care. I will be switching to Northwestern asap.

Since this practice has become Advocate it has gone way down in customer service. It seems liking people is not a prerequisite for medical assistants or the front desk staff. Their used to be a soul at this practice- Advocate has completely sucked it out. NP is very good as are the long time RN's.
I felt so comfortable during my appointment! Lisa really took the time to get to know me and let me know that she is there for me if I ever have any questions.
The older receptionist who helped me was very nice and friendly. The pregnant receptionist was not friendly and didn't even say hello.
Dr Lisa grossman is awesome, I loved her. First time seeing her and I will continue making appointments with her.
Lisa was great! She came in having reviewed my chart and knew a bit about my last delivery. She was pleasant to talk to and made the exam and appointment easy and explained things well. I had reservations about things I was told by the medical support staff regarding delivery, but Lisa clarified and stated that my cultural/religious preferences would be followed and respected during delivery and during my time in the hospital.
No one at desk in suite 465 to check in. Waited for 15 minutes before someone told me that my provider moved floors. This made me late for my appt. Also my medical assistant who was giving my flu shot dropped it on the floor and I had to ask her to replace it otherwise she was going to give it to me. A little disappointed.
