Dr Grossman is outstanding. Love her bedside manner and it always on top of my health and concerns.
In the office for about 75 min, saw provider for about 5. Had to wait about 45 min to see the provider and another 30 to get my blood drawn
I was left waiting an hour an a half for a scheduled appointment. I should have been given a heads up that it would take that long to have an option to go grab something to eat instead of being told that I'll be seen soon. I would have been totally fine with the option to leave and come back instead of waiting for half an hour.
Doctor Grossman! Is an amazing doctor, she is not in my network but I always switch network just to see her because she is so awesome. She listens to all my concerns and always gives knowledgeable advice. I love her.
She made sure when an emergency arose - that I was taken care of!!

Parking at Parkside is atrocious. I often wonder how many employees park there. Really is terrible.
I have been seeing Lisa Grossman for many years and she is wonderful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I have been a patient for many years. There was no communication from the organization that ownership changed 3-4 years ago and that the doctors structure changed or that there are new locations that can I can utilize that are closer to home. I found out that the main owner sold it years ago on this visit and i should've been communicated that when the transaction happened especially because there are new policies.
The midwives in this office are wonderful. Lisa Grossman always remembers me and makes thoughtful comments/ asks questions to make me feel comfortable.
