Lisa Grossman was very professional during the appointment. She made me feel comfortable during an nexplanon extraction, which was not easy, given the difficulty we encountered during the visit. She was patient with me with all my questions before and after the procedure. She made sure I felt comfortable when the appointment was done, and gave all the information I needed post procedure. She was informed of my history even before coming in the room. The staff in the office was welcoming and informative.

Made me feel very comfortable while doing the exam and explaining what she was doing. Telling me ways to keep more moisture in the area and products other older women use.
