The physician takes her time, answers my questions, excellent medical care.....and that's why I continue to see her.

Dr. Lloyd was very thorough in reviewing my Med history as a first time patient . She also explained things very well and I felt confident in her experience and knowledge. I felt she respected me and did not demean me when I had a difference in opinion , yet she was clear on her stance regarding some preventative care. It respect that .

I will only see Dr. Lloyd if my appointment gets canceled they ask if I want to see someone else . I say no I have been going to her for long time . She's the best I trust her she's always so caring , concerned, pleasant, explains everything very comfortable talking about personal concerns. An angle in my book.

It's nice to see the MD at the Franklin facility because it's not crowded and appointments are generally on time. It was nice to be recognized by name when the MD came out with her previous patient and saw me checking in. We have a long history.
