Horrible Experience. Patients come to see medical professionals for assistance with health problems we are concerned about. We pay for care not for what we can search on google. Complete waste of a 30 min drive due to me thinking I'd receive a second opinion.

The provider wasn't personable, also was running behind and the receptionist called me 15 minutes before my appt to ask if they could move it from 2>2:15...which wasn't really an ask, more of a heads up because I was already in the parking lot because you suggest we show up 15 minute before our appt to check in.
45min past my appointment time to come into the room and was in room for 5 minutes. I was there for my 20 week ultrasound and she didn't even bring it up until I asked if everything was okay with it. Person helping me with my future appointments was also very unprofessional. Had headphones in and I could hear her rap music from standing at the desk. Was very cold and seemed as if she didn't want to be there.
I absolutely love Dr. Lloyd! She has such a calming demeanor and makes me feel so comfortable. I hate feeling rushed with a doctor and Dr. Lloyd never makes me feel this way. She is very thorough and I trust her expertise completely!
