Doctor Lloyd explained everything about my test before she did it and explained everything very well.

I have the most faith and confidence in my Dr. I will only see her. If my appt has to be rescheduled if she won't be available they ask if I want to see another Dr. I say NO I only want to see her . She is the most caring, thoughtful, respectful always takes time never rushes you or takes any of your concerns likely. And truly listen to you. She's not just concerned for the issue at had , but your mental, emotional, physical health. She is truly a gem!! She gives Aurora a good reputation!! Be blessed you have her !!

My visit with Dr. Lloyd was great. One thing that did give me pause was that the conversation of the front desk personnel could be easily heard in the waiting area. They were talking about my doctor and her personal life. That was not appropriate regardless of the conversation when the waiting area could hear everything.

This was an initial/establish care visit; office staff very cordial, very professional. Physician was equally kind and professional.

Dr Lloyd is great. The experience is a little frustrating. I got an email a week or so ago requiring on-line review of my meds, and other assorted updates. The nurse asked me similar questions and then Dr Lloyd asked me similar questions. It feels like the answers don't get passed along.
