Dr Lloyd put me at ease. She listened to me and I felt comfortable with her examination. Highly recommend her.

Front desk asked me to pay a co-pay which i did only to realize when i got home my insurance covers this at 100% so now i am being refunded my payment. Not sure why i was asked to pay a copay when it was not needed.

The staff was very professional and kind. I was impressed by their efficiency and welcoming demeanor and also for making you feel at ease.
