My only dissatisfaction with this visit is that I had to make my appointment six months out from the day I called. The care team made up for the wait. All are very knowledgeable, professional, kind, and caring. Made feel so at ease. They truly listened to my concerns and answered me fully. Great group!

This was the first time I saw Dr. Serrano and I was very pleased with the visit and her staff. She knew my history and asked all the right questions. She and her staff were very easy to talk to and treated me as an individual. Even though I knew they were busy, I never felt rushed or ignored.
