Dr. Serrano was very helpful and encouraged me to call her if I had any additional concerns. This was my first visit with her and I am happy to have her as my dermatologist.

Appointments scheduled to close together. Every time have to wait past appointment time because doctor running late. The last appointment ran over 50 minutes late. Better job of scheduling needed badly. Great doctor but patient stress from excessive wait times is far from good.
