New office is very nice. Bathrooms need hooks for purses and coats.

The new place is very claustrophobic. Front desk personnel lacked professionalism-no greetings no smile. The new office lacks empathy tone and a 'patient care' feeling. Prior office was more patient friendly and had empathy.
