Front desk at new location in south Elgin IL could be more friendly. Very rude and robotic.

It was fine

The new office set up is absolutely terrible! It does a disservice to patients. It is cold, sterile and non-compassionate. Long walks down corridors with nary a person in sight, given a room # and then having to open the door and sit in that room, with no other human visible! it is an awful design and should not be tolerated by staff or patients. PLEASE change it asap!
