This was probably not Dr. Dhillon's fault, but my appointment was scheduled for 3:00 pm. I was not brought back to a room until 3:40 pm. I don't know if it's because of the move to the new facility, but this was pretty frustrating having to wait in the waiting room for 40 minutes after my scheduled time.

I have a very good relationship with Dr. Dhillon. Can talk to her about any health issues and have confidence in her 100%. She always listens and I do with her also. Any questions I have she will answer everytime.

Love dr Dhillon she is wonderful

First time at the new location in South Elgin, everyone was very nice. The only thing I didn't care for was given a plaque with a colored letter and a number with a little tracking device and was told to go down the hall and find my room. It was easy, but thought it wasn't very welcoming. Sat in the room waiting to be acknowledged. Usually you are welcome by the office front desk to pay your co-pay, but no payment was made. So, I guess I will be getting a bill? Didn't find it to have that personal touch. But, I really like Dr.Dhillon.

Wonderful caring Doctor. Very easy to talk to and she listens. Do not feel rushed. I just wish I could get other family members to see her but her practice is full
