Kevin was professional, personable and very knowledgeable His demeanor was welcoming and he provided very good explanations of the surgery and my current recovery
He was very calm and explained the procedure that was done very clealry
The provider was very personable and pleasant
I do not think outsourcing FMLH paperwork is in the best interest of the patient. Taking 10 to 14 day creates a problem with submitting timely to employers

Kevin Poole was extremely detailed and in a way I could understand when talking about my surgery. All my questions were answered. He went through what happened and what's going to happen as well as showing me ways to strengthen, when I am able. He went above and beyond!
Kevin was great at helping me understand my knee problems. He answered my questions and made very useful suggestions. He also thoroughly discussed ongoing care. Very easy to talk to.
I had the first appt. after lunch and was still seen 45 min. late.
It was an abbreviated visit and I wish I would've had the time allowed
