I was prescribed a cream that my insurance will not cover, and I will not pay $600.00 for it. So I would like an alternative that Humana will cover.

Kevin introduced himself by telling about his education etc. I didn't feel rushed. He explained everything he was doing. He offered suggestions regarding what I might try next time. He made sure that I understood everything he was doing.

Please revise your live well software it could be made much simpler in my view. I understand this is meant to process patients quickly and to get a high patient count but it lacks in quality medical service
