about clinic visits in general: please make your use of technology more efficient. Make the wasteful printouts of the largely patient-provided information available only upon request. If someone checks in online, is it really necessary to have us ping you when we arrive at the location, and complete an additional email step pertaining to our impending visit when we have ALREADY completed online check-in? This is annoying.
