I am having trouble getting a refill on my diabetes monitor. One was prescribed as well as lancets and a replacement battery. I called the pharmacy and they have stated they did not receive it. I called the general number and they stated they contacted Dr. Koo's office but it still did not happen. it is important that my Jardiance prescription be transferred to him as the provider.
Very good and nice doctor with excellent care and great attitude
My experience was the best
I was greeted by a very friendly girl at the desk. She had a big smile on her face and actually remembered us from last time. The nurse came in and took my blood pressure, etc., and was also very friendly and talkative. Dr Koo is truly a professional !!!! He reviewed all my previous visits with other doctors, and talked about them, and we had a great medical discussion. I am totally pleased, and would highly recommend Dr. Koo to anyone.
I talk a lot and I felt like I was completely being heard about all my questions and problems.
Appointment was for my annual physical. It went fine but seemed to be a lot quicker and shorter than I am accustomed to. Dr Koo and I are still getting to know one another after several years with another AMG physician.
I came in because I was 99% sure that I had strep throat. I had already done an at home Covid test and it was negative. Nurse went to test for strep and Covid. I told the nurse I already took a Covid test and it was negative. She said doctor said to do both. The strep test came back positive and Covid test negative (obviously). Now I have to pay $53 for a Covid test that I said I did not want. Unacceptable!!
Dr Kevin Koo is an asset to your organization. I trust him and he is. very good with people.
Friendly, caring doctor that listens to our concerns and offers suggestions to us.
I do not feel like my well being is a priority for Dr. Koo. Call backs are not in a timely manner. Unless it is to come in early so he can leave early. Answers in the portal take far to long even though his staff is looking at them so we're told. There is alway a family emergency of his own that I'm told about as to why there was not a response/canceled appointments. We heard it again from his nurse at this visit. Don't we all have emergencies in our life's? Does no one cover for him? No other doctor to respond-to a patient? After this experience I will be looking for another doctor I hope to find one who cares about my health. One will will do a proper examination when I'm in there care to.
