Dr Koo is awesome The central call center for Advocate is ineffective. It's abysmal. Four of the last five times I've called the nurses/clinical representative state that they will send a message to Dr Koo; yet that has not occurred 4 times. The last time I called I asked to speak to someone in Dr Koo's office since the call center fails to pass on communication which for health care has severe consequences which force us to consider moving providers. Only reason we stay is the great service and good doctor and service that Dr Koo. Call center is useless and it's a train wreck with severe consequences.

Dr. Koo is great. He always is attentive and listens. I like the new location a lot. It's great that there is a plenty of parking.
