Once you are at the GP all is good. It is getting through to them using the phone service that is a nightmare. I am lucky that I live locally easier to pop in.

Dr Koo is very, very good. However I was VERY unimpressed with your "triage" process when trying to set up my appointment. Plus the notes from the "triage" person were inaccurate. The "triage" was highly disappointing. The session with Dr. Koo was top notch.

great provider but could have spent a bit more time going through current/future health discussions, asked more questions and followed up with subsequent review of lab results. had to come back for lab draws as provider clinic could not do at time of visit (should have to come back again). somewhat disorganized.

Dr. Koo is an incredible doctor. I trust his opinion and I feel fortunate to have him as my medical provider.

I am very pleased with Dr Koo. He is kind and very knowledgeable. The nurse was also wonderful.
