Kind of concerned on how long it takes to see a doctor

For upcoming lab visits (to draw blood samples, urine samples, etc.), notify the patient in advance of the expectations. For example, "the patient should fast for at least 12 hours prior to the blood draw." I was contacted repeatedly via text messages and e-mail messages to remind me of the upcoming appointment and to confirm I was going to be there, but I never received any information about what was expected of me. This should be easy - you can include this information with one of the many text messages or e-mail messages you send out.

Your new offices are beautiful! Such a welcome change, and I have been with the practice for 28 years.
