Dr. Koo is the best PCP for me and my family. He is approachable and genuine.

I felt it was extremely difficult to make an appointment with Dr. Koo. Also, I felt it was very unnecessary to speak to SO MANY people when just trying to arrange for an appointment...just frustrating!

I didn't catch the woman's name who I saw before the doctor but she was outstanding! Friendly, professional and I was able to interact with her perfectly which reduced my stress level while being at the doctor. Dr. Koo is much of the same and glad I have a young Dr. who cares deeply about his patients and that I can joke around with.

I really enjoyed working with the nurse before I saw Dr. Koo. She was very pleasant, outgoing and professional. I also enjoy my dealings with Dr. Koo. This was a very important visit for me and Dr. Koo took the time to answer every single question I had.
