I do NOT like at all to have to call the central appointment line to schedule appointments. It is extremely patient UNFRIENDLY. To call the provider's office directly is patient friendly and absolutely necessary. Please make that change!

New office is so sterile and clinical, lacking any warmth. Needs decorating.

Staff was kind, considerate, and efficient.

Extremely knowledgeable about my situation, genially concerned. Took his time to explain what was going on. And mostly carrying about my situation. Made me extremely comfortable with my visit.

Dr. Koo is very easy for me to understand. (I am hard of hearing) and very to talk to. He has a warm manner and yet is very businesslike.

He was very nice and being my first time with this doctor I was somewhat nervous but he did get me to calm down after talking a little bit.
