I had a great experience with Advocate. I was able to get an appt. right away, seen on time, they had my medical history, the appt was efficient - getting the results the next day on the app was great (and I'm a little technology challenged - but this was easy, peasy) I appreciate that I now have all my history and Docs in one spot. Dr. Kevin was professional, helpful, and had great bedside manner. For someone who hasn't been to the Doc in a while - I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience - thanks!

Front desk receptionist had trouble processing my electronic insurance card. I uploaded it through the LiveWell app as an alternative solution, but she was unfamiliar with how to use the app. I would recommend a LiveWell training/professional development for all front desk staff so that they can assist customers/patients with their questions regarding an app that's required in order to be seen by this specific practice. I would also consider speaking to them about the tone of voice used when interacting with customers/patients. Kindness goes a long way.
