nothing else, just they were friendly

It took me two months to see this Doctor which is way to long. I was told he is the only Dermatologist in the Aurora Kenosha area. Aura needs to add more to this area ASP. The Doctor I saw was very good and I have no problem seeing him again but his appointment time needs to be freed up so that people can see him in a timely manner.

He made be feel very comfortable and explained what he was going to do.

They did not respect the time schedule they themselves set.

Dr. Gilbertson is a very kind, concerned person who does actually seem to care about his patients...I am so lucky to have found him and I hope he will be taking my grandsons as patients too...he is an excellent doctor and I don't trust easily when it comes to those kids...staff was wonderful and they understood that I have problems getting out and around...thank you all so much
