I have been very sick and in the ER. My visit yesterday brought me more answers in 15 minutes then I have received in 4 months. Very plesant and caring.

My only negative occurred when I arrived and was told, by two very nice receptionists, that I was in the wrong end of the building. I asked if I had to walk outside to get there- I am moving with a walker post-surgery ( another doctor ). A third receptionist at the far left end of the counter made a shocking, snotty remark. I was dumb-struck for a moment. She said something to the effect, "if I had a nickel for each time that question is asked in a day."
