Dr. Gilbertson was personable and spent the time to answer all of my questions as well as complete a minor procedure during the initial visit (saved me time avoiding another appointment). In addition, the receptionist and nurse were helpful, flexible (I arrived at the wrong time and they were able to see me within a few minutes) and welcoming. I would recommend his practice.
