A one point ( 10 pm) I badly needed a catheter in the icu. Because your nurses did not know to put one in, I was in unbearable pain until after 7 am the next morning. Believe me I would almost rather die then ever return. I later found out that had they looked beyond the icu they might of found some to do it.
Wait time was over thirty minutes
I feel safe under his care
Everyone was helpful and friendly. Dr. Muro took time with me and explained my situation. I wish I could have understood the after visit summary in LiveWell. I could not understand all the medical terms.
This is my first and only visit so far with Dr. Muro, who did surgery on my lower spine. The operation will be very complicated and serious, considering my health condition, but I know that I am in very good hands. I wish I had no complications after the operation, but it will no longer be the fault of any doctor but my health.
The reception went beyond the norm, she found out where I needed to go for X Ray's ans put me in the queue. She gave me the numbers for the referral to call. The whole experience was great customer service.
Dr Muro is a gem!
The doctor is always on time.
A noticeably courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient staff whose efforts compliment one another and care for their client/patient. A remarkable experience to be in good hands.
front desk experience was poor. I felt scolded for not having my insurance card despite having an up to date mobile version and informing her that the card was already uploaded into my chart from prior visits in the Advocate system and by myself in the LiveWell app. it was not a good way to start the visit. she was rude, condescending, barely looked me in the eye. I feel badly for the doctor that this is the first representation of his practice walking in the door. he deserves better. The MA was lovely, attentive and had great eye contact. she was extremely professional and asked thoughtful questions. Dr. was clear as usual, gave excellent demonstration of my problem with viewing my scans and in everyday terms I could understand.
