I thought I was speaking with a registered nurse when I was first asked questions in the exam room and she was pleasant but not very knowledgeable later found out she was a CMA. I prefer RN's. They should identify themselves and have their badge clearly visible.

Muro is a patient Friendly doctor and makes sure the patient understands what is going on with his/her health status. He allows the patient to ask questions.
