The woman up front was friendly and polite and Dr. Muro was very friendly and helpful with what I should do.

Dr Muro has an excellent way with patients. Was just surprised that I'll be talking with a nurse after she talks with him about my test results. Would have preferred to have made another appointment to see Dr Muro since we're talking cervical spine degeneration

I wish that my illness allowed me to remain under Dr. Kenji Muro's care. He is extraordinarily personable, explains symptoms and health care options very well, and I never felt that he was talking down to me. Ascension Healthcare is fortunately to have such an extraordinary surgeon among its healthcare professionals.

He is knowledgeable and very skillful. Wish more people are sent to him for treatment. Their problems will be well handled.

Dr. Muro seemed very knowledgeable with the situation. He explained it so I could understand the reasoning behind a special test, for assurance of diagnosis. I have to consider it because I had that test before for a different condition, and it's not one id really wish to repeat. But in just one meeting I'd say I'd trust Dr. Muro.
