Love this clinic! Dr Flores spent time and answered all my questions!

There was a mix up regarding my appointment time (it was for 7 am and had been confirmed several times, but the clinic opens at 8 am). This was a pre-op consult and my window to reschedule is very small. I have to commend the staff and Dr. Flores. They worked very hard to make the issue right and made sure I got the exam and all the tests needed. It was a tough situation but everyone handled themselves very well and made sure I got what I needed. I am most grateful.

I went to establish a doctor as my previous few doctors at Aurora didn't seem to talk the time to listen to my concerns. I wasn't expecting that Dr.Flores was going to take time, listen and help me figure out how treat my concerns. Dr.Flores went above and beyond and made me feel like I mattered and I know I now found a great doctor.

Don't say u have to be there 15 min. Before an apt and your not even open yet so I sit and car run for 15 min because your closed I could of spent my time else ware and not waist gas money

The greeting wasn't very friendly. She sounded like a robot the entire time. When she was leaving, she was saying nice to meet you with her back to me, as she was opening the door . Medically, she did her job, but bedside manner could be better

Dr. Flores is a great doctor! All my questions and concerns were addressed. Very pleased with the care I get everytime I see Dr.Flores.

Dr Kayla flores is an amazing doctor very kind and considerate and my wife is going to her for the 1st time this week.
