I sent a message via LiveWell seeking help for a recent back injury I suffered that is causing debilitating pain. My message was received and the RN called me within the morning. I had an appointment with the doctor on the same day that afternoon. The visit was thorough and I left feeling some hope I would get pain relief. It was a very good all around experience.
She is so easy to get along with and she is very knowledgeable about my situation. She cares very much and is very knowledgeable in remedies for the cures.
I like how she explains the procedures that she needs to have to provide me for my care and explains things to me that I can understand. I enjoy going to Aurora. They are very attentive to myself and my family. Thank you for caring.

Dr.Flores was outstanding. First time I've had a provider make me feel heard about my concerns. I've worked at a local SICU and been around many doctors and surgeons, she definitely raises the bar. Highly recommend !
