Dr. Flores has been my doctor for 8 years and even though she moved her office to another city, I follow her to her new office because I feel very good. She is very professional and cares about my health. I recommend her 100%.

This was my first visit with Dr. Flores, establishing as a new patient. I had never been to this particular facility before, and it was very nicely set up. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I really felt comfortable with all of the staff. Dr. Flores and her MA took a lot of time going over my history and listening to me regarding my current concern. I am very happy with my choice of my new Primary.
My only complaint is that I was not seen until 48 mins after my appointment time. No one came and spoke to me about the delay. 15 mins into waiting I went back out to the desk to confirm I was in the correct room. The PSR at the desk told me he would send a message to the medical team notifying them that I was waiting. Eventually the MA came in to do my pre-assessment and then apologized and started my appointment. It would have been nice to have been notified of the delay. I made this appointment during my work hours and I missed more work that was planned due to the lateness of this appointment.
I believe my family and I had the first appointments of the morning and felt we were not seen in a timely manner considering there were no others cars in the parking lot or patients in the waiting room when we arrived. My second appointment the next day was similar. I waited about 30 mins after my appointment time to be seen by the doctor. The nurse was prompt.
I was disappointed in the amount of time I had to wait to be seen in a practically empty clinic.
Love this clinic and all the excellent staff there! From the moment you walk in until you leave you are treated with dignity and respect. Exceptional staff and service!
