Dr. Flores was excellent.

This was my first visit with Dr Flores. I felt very comfortable and was completely satisfied with my experience.

We are asked to arrive 15 min early and I didn't even get a room until 25 min after my appt time. That is 40 min away from my job that I was just sitting in your office waiting - definitely not an ideal experience.

I've had this provider for 4 years. Love her, very personable, listens carefully and genuinely concerned about any issues that I might be having.

I have compromised immune system. Dr. Flores worn a mask and disinfected her hands during the visit. However, the person taking my vitals worn no mask and didn't disinfect her hands. The person giving me the flu vaccine worn no mask and didn't disinfect her hands. Breathing on me closely. I'm directed for lab work ,drawing blood. I won't go if the lab person wears no mask and doesn't disinfect their hands.An infection could kill me.
