I waited longer than usual to see the Dr. She explained and apologized and thanked me. The office was having problems with computers. She had to pull-up my chart on her iPhone I totally understood.

You put me at ease with explanations given, as evidenced how my before visit blood pressure was elevated, and my post visit blood pressure was normal. I feel I can face the future better now, regarding my back pain/ problems. I feel safe with Dr Bailey.
