The person who made my appointment did not tell me to fast before coming in. My appointment reminder via text did not tell me to fast before coming in. The appointment details in the app did not tell me to fast. I fasted just in case and good thing I did as doctor wanted to take blood for lab work. I live 50 minutes away and it is bad firm to make patients Cime. Ack to the office just because you fail to give all the details. It feels like a really bad sales experience. Shame on your processes.
