I don't understand why this provider always requests a preventive face to face diabetic visit (consultation) prior to the blood draw. It would be better to the patient to have this visit after test results to be able to have a more meaningful and tactical way to review test and action toward, instead of a one minute call after she gets the results. Makes no sense what so ever to me.. I would like someone to explain that logic to me!
