I dislike the Advocate system of a centralized kkphon I dislike the Advocate system of a centralized phone answering center. I have to go through 3rd parties before I can reach my provider's office. This is annoying and inefficient. Sometimes when I get a call back response, I learn my question had been conveyed incorrectly. This is not my provider's fault. It is the way Advocate does things now.

She had tested me for various illnesses and I had Influenza A and was so sick. Dr Bailey ordered a chest X-Ray as she was concerned about a section of my lung.
