I have been seeing this dr for years. She knows me quite well
My appointment was over an hour late. I almost got up and walked out. I took time off from work for this. It is has become a trend that the wait time in the waiting room and then in the office room is over and hour every time I go in. It's very frustrating.

WAIT TIME IN EXAM ROOM WAS EXTREMELY LONG! (1 HOUR+) SUGGEST: AFTER NURSE DOES PRELIM INFO FOR DR., IF WAIT IS LONG, LET ME OUT IN GENERAL WAIT AREA ISTEAD OF SITTING IN ROOM DOING NOTHING!! REALIZE THE DOCTOR HAS OTHERS THAT NEED HER THOROUGH ATTENTION TOO. (DR. SHEEHAN IS WORTH THE WAIT!!)
Parking was terrible! Rode around a long time only to have to wait over an hour. The only reason I go once a year is to get my prescriptions filled. I don't care about anything else and don't like to feel pressured to do more procedures and tests. Reception was friendly and knowledgeable.
Love Dr Sheehan, she takes her time, explains everything and doesn't rush. I don't feel like a number but a real human being and she shows empathy and pours out knowledge for me to get better. When I leave her office, I feel there is hope for me to feel good soon! Thank you!
Although my doctor was running late, I won't complain because when she was in my appointment with me, she took her time to listen to me and give great advice. We discussed my health and explained the next steps we will take. I appreciate that she doesn't cut appointments short because of another appointment is expected. I have never felt rushed in her office. I am very thankful that Dr. Sheehan is my primary physician.
