Joe Pignotti is an extremely nice healthcare professional, and he takes his time and listens very carefully. There is an issue with nurses correctly relaying information and getting back to me when they say they will. I was given misinformation by the nurse, or there was a miscommunication between Joe and nurse? I have had issues with this and it is very frustrating and I am very detail oriented so there should be no confusion whatsoever!

Everything was talked about in a well manner and listened to me a lot, and explained things to me I could understand well.
