My answer to the question (Does my health care provider know all of my past medical history? I said somewhat. I moved to Wisc. A few years ago. I don't believe my medical provider knows, completely, my Pennsylvania medical history, which I did not give from my Dr in Pennsylvania. I am very satisfied with the medical care that I have been provided with all the health care professionals at Aurora.

The doctor and the staff was very caring and friendly and it feels like family that makes me happy thank you

I appreciate the wonderful care I received! I called in the morning and they were able to see me before noon. I arrived over an hour early, coming from the lab. Even though I was extremely early, they got me in right away. Thank you for such wonderful care!

The doctor listened to me and offer helpful solutions. He addressed all my health concerns. He seen me in a timely manner. 10 out of 10 I would highly recommend!
