Joe Pignotti is in a unique position because he provides care for my elderly stepmom, myself, and my teenage daughter. He has always taken the time to compassionately listen to our concerns, answer questions thoughtfully, and put in medication orders quickly. I am thankful he takes care of my family, and hope he stays with Aurora permanently.
