I felt it was inappropriate to email the bill for service Before the pre-check-in request. That's putting corporate financial care Before the patient's health care. And that could actually summarize aurora's reputation locally as well. This needs mega work, from the top !!

I have been overdue in seeing and establishing a new doctor. My fears were immediately dismissed after meeting Dr. Pignotti. I could tell he was listening, showing care and compassion. Thank you.

I really appreciated Joe's staff working me in to the schedule to address my concerns, and how timely their responses are to Live Well messages. I definitely appreciated Joe taking the time to really listen to me and offer several suggestions for me to consider. I'm very happy I made the decision to make this my Primary Care provider. They so far have exceeded my expectations on what it means to be a "caregiver".
