I like all my providers that are Aurora. I would like to see Aurora have a specialty doctor in obesity.

Love Dr Lo she's always friendly and speaks to me on a level I can relate and appreciate.

Always very timely with visits no matter what time of day or day of week scheduled! Very appreciated. Also follow-up from PCP when seeing other providers (ex: ER, Walk-in, etc.) is outstanding. I always receive a call from the office to find out the status a few days after the visit.

Dr. Lo was excellent. My previous doctor retired and I was concerned about finding a family doctor I liked and Dr. Lo exceeded my expectations.

Dr Lo is very encouraging, even when I've had set backs. She also asks about my family, like have there been changes in my parents health so she can get clues what to watch for as I get older.

My only frustration currently is the time it takes to hear back from my doctor. When I call the automated message always says for a faster response use the live well app and it took a week to hear anything back. If I always wanted to go to urgent care why even have a primary doctor. In all other areas Dr Lo is the best. Please improve response time when getting messages and or calling to give test results.

Doctor Lo is very nice, informative and pleasant

Dr. Lo was pleasant with this being our initial appointment together. We went over my health history and chronic illnesses that I was looking for help with. I look forward to Dr. Lo being my Primary Care Physician, as I am fairly new in this area, and our appointments together in the upcoming months. Thank you.
