I always look forward to my appointments with Dr. Lo. She listens, doesn't rush me, asks some questions, then decides what should be done. Sometimes she has sent me to a specialist; this time, she explained my diagnosis and the medicine that she would prescribe for me. All the while, I feel that she understands me and wants to give me the best care possible. Thanks Dr. Lo.

She is wonderful but disappointed in the system - this was a follow up appt set in advance. But when there is an acute problem, we can't see her. "Go to urgent care or ER"... frustrating. I like being able to see primary for more than just physicals/follow up appts.

This was my first visit with this doctor ( I haven't seen a doctor in 15 years) she was Wonderful!! I was nervous and she was kind and patient as was the medical assistant, the nurse and the receptionist.
