Dr Lo was awesome, she was friendly and kind. Most of all she listened to me.

I just love Dr. Lo and her nurses and staff. They are always so kind! I love that Dr Lo knows and understands what I go through with my chronic medical conditions. She is always so positive even when it's hard for me to feel that way. I cannot begin to express how much I appreciate her.

I very much appreciate the time and patience that Dr. Lo takes with me. She is very thorough in her review and explains things in terms that I can understand. Extremely happy with her and am extremely comfortable with her. Thank you for having her!!

The check in process at Aurora on Washington in Racine is ridiculous. I was asked to 'check in' online before I came twice (once with Covid questions that apparently Aurora feels are useless now) and then when I got there I was asked to use a machine to check in as a woman at a desk was doing nothing. Which is it? Online or on a computer in the building? Why do you waste people's time with your online/app when there isn't follow through in reality?

I always leave happier than when I arrive.

I had to switch Dr's because of insurance. I looked through the list and and watched Dr Lo's video. On my first visit she made me comfortable and it was easy to discuss my health and injuries I've had. Very professional yet has an awesome charismatic personality. The receptionists were also friendly and knowledgeable in duties.

Dr. Lo is awesome! I trust her completely, and she is so kind and caring. I'm grateful to have her as my doctor!

Saw this doctor in my PCP's absence. She was very nice and helpful. I got the answers I needed.
