She knows the medical history and remembers all the details. It feels like she is very welcoming and takes the time to read the medical history. Feels like a family member even after a visit after 2 years. Dr.Lo was great. But for my x-ray, they were in a rush and didn't want to do a 2nd attempt when I ended up moving due to my Parkinson's disease. I asked them to try again but they said it's OK, I feel another attempt would have given them better view if they would have done a count down
Dr Lo and her entire staff are amazing. I've been going to another provider for 40+years, what a great new experience. I was made to feel very comfortable. Not to sure about the kiosk check in,pref a human.
